A wonderful - much delayed - 20 year Reuion for 1995, 1996 & 1997 Leavers took place in early July.  With alumnae from all three years coming back to Calne to revisit favourite haunts, dorms, classrooms and catch up with friends, it was a true celebration of friendship & memories!

After an extenisive tour of the school, including favourite beds, common rooms, tennis courts & the theatre, alumnae were joined for drinks by Mrs Sara-Jane Socha, Miss Lilian Leadbetter & Mrs Esther Swan and enjoyed the evening sunshine with lots of laughter!

Supper was served in the Dining Room followed by late night drinks & chat in Florence Dyas Boarding House.  On Saturday morning, fafter breakfast a few musical alumnae found their way up to Nesbitt in the Music Block and recreated a some musical memories from their time at Calne, with charming harmonies and gestures!

As Katie said in her thank you email 'I found heading back to the school brilliant fun with copious amounts of laughter, as well as being really very emotional!  I have subsequently had quite a few conversations with friends who also attended the reunion, all of whom said that they were really rather overwhelmed by how it made them feel! It was amazing to revisit so many memories (both happy and sad) with a group of people, all of whom share an ongoing connection and mutual understanding, despite many years having passed since we left Calne. Suffice to say I rang my sister  on the way home and told her she must rally her year for their reunion when the time comes!'
